Deskripsi Singkat:
Bergabunglah bersama tim kami sebagai Claim Staff yang bertanggung jawab menangani proses klaim KPB dan program marketing dari seluruh dealer. Pekerjaan ini menuntut ketelitian, kecepatan, serta kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam memastikan setiap klaim diproses tepat waktu dan sesuai prosedur.
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
✅ Validasi dan proses klaim KPB dari seluruh AHASS
✅ Input & verifikasi data di portal AHM dan MD
✅ Rekap dan proses pembayaran jasa & oli
✅ Tangani klaim program marketing (SCP, Direct Gift, Roadshow, dll)
✅ Koordinasi dengan dealer dan internal tim terkait
Kualifikasi:
🎓 Pendidikan D3/S1 Manajemen / Administrasi Perkantoran
💬 Detail dan teliti terhadap angka / hitungan
📋 Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel)
💼 Mampu bekerja multitasking
📧 Terbiasa dengan tugas administratif seperti pengarsipan dokumen
📢 Mampu berkomunikasi, problem solver, cekatan, sabar dan ramah

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
